Load approved scripts into ElevenLabs and generate the voiceover, regenerating line by line until it sounds natural (this is detailed, repetitive work, and getting it right is the whole point)
Send the finished audio in for approval
Once approved, generate the avatar video in HeyGen (two versions, so any glitch on one is covered by the other)
Assemble the templated video slides
Deliver at least 2 finished videos a day (target 2 to 3) into the Lead Editor's queue, ready for final edit

Work through our audiobook narration in ElevenLabs
Keep files and project folders clean and organized so the Lead Editor can grab and go

Hit your weekly volume target so the Lead Editor always has work ready to polish
Quick check-in with the Lead Editor to stay locked to the standard

Help tighten the generation workflow and flag any tool or shortcut that speeds it up
Must-Haves
Comfortable in, or eager to quickly learn, ElevenLabs and HeyGen for AI voice and avatar video generation
A good ear for audio: you can hear when an AI voice sounds robotic and you'll regenerate until it's right
Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work; you take pride in consistency, not flash
Basic comfort assembling templated video slides and doing light first-pass edits
Fast and reliable; you hit a daily quota without being chased
Strong written English and clear communication for a remote team
A reliable computer and internet connection that can handle video work
Big Pluses
Hands-on video editing experience (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut). This role can grow into more editing over time for the right person

We'll discuss rates during the interview based on your experience. This is a contracted full-time role (40 hours/week) with a 30-day trial period. We pay reliably and on time, every time. We'll NEVER ask you to pay for training, or to pay, period. That's our job. Starting salary is $3.00/hour USD.
